WWW.BUMP-J.COM has just started shipping outside of the USA. Please bear with us as we get our international shipping methods in place. A $10 US additional fee will apply to all international orders in addition to the flat rate shipping fee.
All orders will be processed with in 7 business days. We make every attempt to ship the next day, but during busy time periods it may take the full 7 days to ship your order.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail from PayPal shipping providing a USPS delivery confirmation number. This is not a tracking number. The information provided by the USPS will state "The USPS has been electronically notified to expect this package on" and a date, or " This package has been accepted in CITY" . The confirmation number will provide this same information until the package is delivered, unless the USPS has some sort of routing problem or delivery exception.
The USPS states that 1st class mail takes 2-5 business days to be delivered, but is not considered late until 14 days after the initial shipping date. There are certain times of year, especially around any holiday that shipping takes longer then 2-5 days.
We offer exchanges only with in the first month from delivery. If you show that there is a manuafacturer defect of any item ordered, contact our support department listed in your order confirmation e-mail, we will issue an RMA, and provide further exchange instructions.
Recently there have been a number of orders where an incorrect shipping address has been provided. If an order is returned to us by the USPS, we will either refund the cost of the order minus the shipping charge and a 10% restocking fee, or the customer can pay another shipping charge, provide the correct shipping address, and we will re-ship the order. This can be avoided by customers checking their current address with in their paypal account, or making sure they provide the current address when paying by credit card.
